Under a magical moonlight,
Reeds dance in gentle breeze,
Beauty hidden in bright daylight,
Moonlighting dancers bring forth glees!
 
Inspiration: This painting was inspired by invasive phragmites that used to be abundant on Turkey Point beach when I first vacationed in the area. It is good that they are gone. Even though I knew they were bad for the environment, I felt they were transformed at night into something beautiful. It is the duality of nature that I relate to as I am a very left-brained software developer by day but I unleash my beautiful creative right-brained artistic side at night.
